Cassidy is a physical therapist with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and minor in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Radford University Carilion. Cassidy played Division 1 Soccer all four years at UMass, where she developed interest in sports medicine and human performance. She was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and has a deep appreciation for blue crabs and Ravens football.
Cassidy has additional background in the treatment of Parkinson's Disease, pregnancy and postpartum rehab, and lower extremity dry needling. She has worked in both home health and orthopedic/sports medicine settings and has a strong understanding of meeting patients at their current level of function and guiding them towards their goals, whether it's walking to their mailbox or running a marathon.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her husband, daughter and two rescue cats.
