Rhonda earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from West Virginia University in 1999 and brings more than 25 years of experience across a wide range of hospital-based settings. Her primary focus has been in outpatient hand and upper extremity therapy, where she has developed deep clinical expertise.
She became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2006 and has maintained this credential through ongoing professional development, including participation in local and national hand rehabilitation conferences. Rhonda collaborates closely with regional hand surgeons and contributes to the education of future clinicians by assisting with labs and lectures in the Physical and Occupational Therapy programs at Shenandoah University.
She is especially passionate about orthopedics and orthotic fabrication, with a particular professional interest in working with musicians to support performance health and recovery. She combines technical skill with a commitment to high-quality, individualized patient care.
Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys staying active outdoors, gardening, and supporting her children in their sporting endeavors.
